Self-hosted business software

The machine drafts. You confirm.

We build business software that runs on your own machines and keeps your data in your own database. Agents do the routine work. Nothing goes out until a person approves it.

Demo of the APG operator console with invented data. Three drafts are waiting for approval, 24 runs are complete today and 3.4 hours are saved. Recent runs: a quote reply and four invoice reminders are held for approval, an inbox of 55 messages was triaged, a cash flow forecast was refreshed and three delivery confirmations were matched. Nothing is sent until a person approves it.

Four rules the software enforces.

Data stays in your database.

Contacts, deals, itineraries, money records, audit logs and agent telemetry sit in your database on your infrastructure. Inference is the one exception, and it is the one you control.

The machine drafts, a person confirms.

Agents read and reason on their own. A reply or a payment waits for a person to approve it before it leaves.

A failure is reported as a failure.

If a model returns the wrong shape, the run fails. It is not retried, and the record says what happened.

Spend stops at a cap.

Every agent has a spend limit, and so does every run. An agent that overspends stops before the cost reaches your bill.

Three products on one runtime.

APG (Agents Proving Ground) runs the agents. CRM and Drengur are departments built on it. Together they are the suite.

APG (Agents Proving Ground)

The agent runtime.

Every agent is declared in a registry and given its own cost cap, and each one reports its health. Swapping the model is a config edit.

Solutions Factory CRM

Agents do the data entry.

A full CRM with four agents on APG that keep the pipeline complete, so nobody types it up at 5pm on a Friday.

Demo of Drengur with an invented trip. A client email from a family of four arrives. Intake structures the brief. The planner builds a 6-day plan across Oslo, Flåm and Bergen. Pricing uses dated supplier rate sheets and leaves one line open rather than inventing a price. Logistics checks every leg. The voice pass rewrites in your house voice. The overseer runs 15 audit gates and lists any open items for you. A checked itinerary PDF then waits for you to approve it. It is never sent automatically.

Drengur

An itinerary agent for travel designers.

Turns a client email into a checked, client-ready itinerary for your approval. Eight agents on APG handle intake, planning, pricing and the quality gates.

Foundry, the delivery service

We build it and keep it running.

Foundry is how a client gets agents built for them. We design them around how you work, deploy them into your own APG and keep them healthy on a retainer. It is a service. There is no off-the-shelf version.

We run our own company on it.

We do not sell software we do not use. Our own company runs on the same runtime, the same approval gates and the same console.

The operator console

One screen shows every agent run, what it cost against its cap, and every action waiting for a person to approve.

The executive assistant

An assistant reads new inquiries and server alerts and writes a brief each weekday morning. It can read and it can draft. It cannot send, post, sign or pay: it has no accounts for any of that, and its network cannot reach the tools that do. The brief is assembled from facts with no model in the path, so it cannot invent a number.

Priced like infrastructure.

A flat software fee. There is no per-seat line anywhere.

Per-seat pricing counts people. When agents do the work, that measures the wrong thing. We charge for the software.

A call is the fastest way to find out whether an agent should carry a piece of your operation, and what it would take to run it on your own machines.
