What we are
A software company, and our own first customer.
Solutions Factory builds self-hosted business infrastructure: APG, the agent runtime appliance, and the products that run on it — a CRM and a DMC platform. Solutions Factory is also our internal delivery mechanism, the tooling we use to build and operate per-client deployments. We run our own products in production before we ask anyone else to.
Who runs it
A small operating team.
Halldór
Founder. Builds and operates the products and the runtime, and writes most of the code. The technical operator behind the stack.
Silvía
Operating partner across the business — the operational discipline behind delivery, client work, and the day-to-day running of the company.
We keep this short on purpose. The work speaks louder than the bios.
What we believe
Software you own, on infrastructure you control.
Large language models are infrastructure, not a premium feature. Your data should stay on your machine, your agents should run on a runtime you control, and the cost of inference should be a line you can read. That belief has a longer form, and it is worth the read.
