Solutions Factory · The Suite
Four products. One runtime. One bill.
APG runs the agents. CRM and DMC are the two departments we have already built on it. Foundry builds the ones you need next. Bought together they share a design system, a runtime, an inference meter, and a single invoice — which is the practical difference between owning software and owning an operation.
Service-as-Software
You own the software and the runtime. The agents do the work.
The industry has started calling this service-as-software: the agent does work a person used to do, and you pay for the work rather than for the right to log in. It is a useful name because it explains the price model without having to argue for it.
Per-seat pricing counts humans. When the agents are the ones doing the work, counting humans measures the wrong thing. So the suite is priced as a flat software fee plus inference metered as a utility, and the meter is printed on the bill.
The four
What each one is for.
APG — Agents Proving Ground
The runtime appliance every agent runs on. Registry-bound agents, cost ceilings, observability, and model choice by configuration. Nothing reaches a client from an agent that has not earned its production tag here.
The runtimeSolutions Factory CRM
A Pipedrive-equivalent pipeline where four agents do the data entry, so the record is complete without a rep maintaining it. Full REST API, signed webhooks, your own database.
Sales departmentSolutions Factory DMC
The operating platform for destination management companies: itineraries, suppliers, engagements and publication-grade documents, with an operator click on everything that leaves the building.
Vertical platformSF Foundry
The build-and-operate engagement. Agents designed against your operating model, deployed into your APG, and kept running. This is how the suite becomes specific to you.
Build and operateWhy together
The suite is worth more than the products.
One design system
The same palette, type and interaction grammar across every surface. Staff who learn one product can already use the next.
One runtime
Every agent runs on APG. One place to look when something misbehaves, one set of cost ceilings, one audit trail.
One bill
A flat software fee for what you license, plus inference metered once across all of it. Not four subscriptions and four opaque credit pools.
One memory
Agents that share context stop asking your team the same question twice. This is the layer SF Brain is being built to formalise.
One security posture
Three-layer tenant isolation and the same operator-confirm discipline everywhere, so a review covers the estate rather than one app.
One exit
The runtime is yours. If you stop paying us, the software keeps running on your hardware. That is the point.
The honest comparison
Where this sits against the alternatives.
| Solutions Factory | Hosted helper platforms | Self-hosted agent tooling | |
|---|---|---|---|
| What you get | Departments built for your operation | The same prebuilt helpers as everyone else | A canvas and the work to do on it |
| Where it runs | Your infrastructure | Their platform | Your infrastructure |
| Inference cost | Metered per token, markup stated | Bundled into a tier | Yours to buy and manage |
| Who is accountable | We operate it under retainer | Support ticket | You are |
| Time to first value | Weeks. It is a build. | Same day | Depends on your team |
The last row is not a typo. Hosted helper platforms win on speed and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The trade is generic-and-immediate against specific-and-owned.
The suite
Start with one. Add the rest when it earns it.
Most engagements start with a single product or a single agent, and grow because the first one worked. A discovery call is where we work out which one that should be.
